Our Rates

Using a VA is far more cost effective than employing full or part time staff, or engaging a temp. We are self employed which means that you don't incur:

• NI contributions
• Holiday and sick pay
• Pension costs
• Parental leave costs
• Office accommodation costs
• Agency fees

NotebookandPen offer a wide range of services which are affordably and competitively priced, based on an ad hoc or longer term basis.

There is no charge for the initial discussion and time worked thereafter (including any further consultation) is charged in accordance with the rate agreed, with a minimum charge of one hour.

You can choose to have work carried out:

• On a one-off basis and be invoiced, or
• A regular arrangement with monthly packages available to suit your needs

We offer a flexible service, where you pay for the service you need without any extra cost.

Terms

A Contract and Confidentiality Agreement, together with confirmation of the rate/s agreed, will be sent to clients and must be signed and returned prior to any work being carried out.

• Invoices are payable within 14 days of invoice date for ad hoc work
• On-going work is invoiced monthly
• Agreed packages to be paid in full, in advance by the 5th working day of each month
• Any additional expenses incurred will be charged at cost and invoiced separately
• Additional expenses include costs for materials, printing, photocopying, postage, etc
